THE 51ST STATE
Directed by Ronny Yu, this frenetically paced film stars Samuel L. Jackson at his best. Elmo McElroy (Jackson), an American master chemist, heads to England in the hopes of scoring it big with a new drug he calls "The 51st State." But things don’t go as planned, and Elmo soon gets stuck in Liverpool dodging assassins and sidestepping skinheads. He is then forced to form an unlikely partnership with small-time hood Felix DeSouza (Carlyle), so as to complete his $20 million drug deal before anyone can kill him off.

Although Elsie successfully wards off Charles' advances, she drinks too much bubbly and ends up falling asleep. When morning comes, Charles is anxious to show Elsie the door. She, however, has fallen for the Prince.

A police detective finds himself playing a cat and mouse game with a dangerous killer by the name of Jack The Ripper. THE VALLEY OF GWANGI
Legendary special effects animator Ray Harryhausen was instrumental in bringing to the screen this tale by King Kong author Willis H. A one-foot tall horse leads the promoter and the group of cowboys to unleash a Gwangi -a prehistoric T-Rex dinosaur hiding in the western wilderness. After they capture the prehistoric creature and put him on display in the circus, the beast escapes. Valley of Gwangi features some of Harryhausen's best work.

At first, Deason is reluctant to send his men to do this seemingly insignificant job. But then it turns out that this bridge serves a greater function than expected. It's the only connecting bridge between Honduras and Nicaragua, in a 30 mile area. Therefore, it's important to the Contras, the local drug lords, and the Sandinistas. Suddenly, it occurs to Deason that there's something a little more at stake here than performing an act of goodwill for the local villagers. The Guardsmen soon find themselves caught in the crossfire of a guerrilla war.
